Milica is a compliance advisor with twenty years at the intersection of financial services, risk, compliance, and technology. She has built FSI cloud markets across Central Europe spanning 33 countries, drove the highest-growing FSI region in EMEA at AWS, led Switzerland's first systemically relevant bank migration onto AWS, and founded Julius Baer's first Data Analytics function from zero, scaling it to 200+ users across three lines of defense — each time operating without a playbook and setting a precedent. Her background spans technology and business audit, data analytics and digital transformation in banking, and market development and GTM at AWS, and she serves as a C-suite, Audit Committee, and Board advisor to Europe's most regulated financial institutions across multiple jurisdictions in Europe and Asia.

A recognised thought leader in FSI cloud and AI transformation, she speaks at executive forums across EMEA and lectures at ZHAW on Cloud Transformation in Banking. She holds an MSc in Computer Science, completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program in 2022, and carries professional certifications in cloud and AI (AWS), risk management (FRM), and information systems audit (CISA). Fluent in five languages, she has lived and worked in Zurich, London, and New York, leading teams across Switzerland, Europe, and Asia.
